Read your shop stats

Updated

Open Stats in the seller hub sidebar. At the top you see four numbers for your shop: Visits, Orders, Conversion rate and Revenue. Below them are a visits chart, Where visits came from and Listings by visits.

The four numbers

  • Visits: how many times people opened your shop page or one of your listings. See How Esano counts visits to your shop.
  • Orders: paid orders from your shop. Orders that were fully refunded don't count.
  • Conversion rate: orders per visit for the same days, like "2.4%". It shows a dash until you have visits.
  • Revenue: what buyers paid for your items, minus refunds. Fully refunded orders don't count. It isn't your payout, since fees and payout timing apply. See How much you earn on each sale.

Under each number, an arrow shows the change from the days before. "▲ 18%" is up and "▼ 18%" is down. It reads "Same as before" if nothing changed. Conversion rate changes are shown in points, like "0.4 pts." If the earlier period had nothing to compare, no change shows. See Change the date range on your stats.

The visits chart

Visits plots visits for each day. A second, lighter line shows the previous period when it had visits, labeled "Previous 14 days" or "Previous 30 days". Five dates along the bottom show where you are in the range.

Where visits came from

This section shows what share of your visits came from each source, such as Google or Esano search. See Where your shop visits come from.

Listings by visits

Listings by visits shows your 10 most visited listings for the range, with:

  • Visits: visits to that listing's page.
  • Favorites: how many people have the listing saved right now. It isn't limited to the range, and your own saves don't count. Esano shows counts only, never who saved it.
  • Orders: paid orders that included the listing. Refunded items and fully refunded orders don't count.
  • Conversion: orders divided by visits for that listing.

Select a listing's title to open it in the editor. All listings opens your full list. Listings you've deleted drop out of this table.

Empty and unavailable stats

  • "No visits in the last 14 days yet." appears when nobody has visited.
  • "No listing visits in the last 14 days yet." appears when no listing has been opened.
  • "Listing stats aren't available right now. Try again in a moment." appears if the stats can't load.

Who sees what

The owner and Managers see all four numbers and the full page. Team members with the Listings role see only Listings by visits, with visits and favorites and no money. The Support role doesn't have Stats. See Shop team roles and what each can do.

Common questions

What is conversion rate on Esano?

It's your orders divided by your visits for the same days. 5 orders from 200 visits is a 2.5% conversion rate.

Is revenue the same as my payout?

No. Revenue is the price of the items sold, minus refunds. It isn't what lands in your bank account.

Why can't I see Stats?

Stats are for the owner, Managers and the Listings role. The Listings role sees listing visits only, with no money.
