Your shop page lives at esano.com/shop/your-shop-name. It shows your banner, logo, name and tagline at the top, then all of your published listings below. You control the banner, logo, tagline and shop groups. Esano fills in the rest.
Preview your shop
- Select View shop in the seller hub sidebar, or
- Open Settings and select Preview your shop (hidden while vacation mode is on).
If you work in more than one shop, View shop is in the shop switcher menu. See Switch between shops.
What's at the top
From top to bottom, buyers see:
- Banner: the wide image across the top. See Add or change your shop logo and banner.
- Logo: your square image, or your shop's first initial if you haven't added one.
- Shop name as the page heading.
- Tagline under the name, if you've added one. See Add or edit your shop tagline.
- Message shop, which opens a conversation with you.
- Request a custom order, only when you take custom orders and you're not on vacation. See Turn on custom orders for your shop.
The facts line
Under the name is a short line of facts:
- A star rating with the number of reviews, once your listings have reviews. It averages the ratings on your listings that are for sale. See How ratings show on your shop and listings.
- The number of items, like "24 items".
- "On Esano since" and the year you opened your shop.
- "Takes custom orders", when that switch is on.
Your listings
Below the header, All items shows your published listings with a count. If you've created shop groups, each group appears as a tab next to All items with its own count, so buyers can filter your shop. Buyers can also search inside your shop. Long shops split into numbered pages.
You create shop groups in Settings → Shop. See Create and manage shop groups.
Until you have a published listing, the page says your shop "hasn't published any files yet" and links to what's trending on Esano. Paid listings also stay hidden from buyers until your Stripe payout setup is finished. Free-only listings show up right away. See Connect Stripe to get paid.
When you're on vacation
Your page stays up. A note says "{Your shop} is on vacation. You can browse, but you can't purchase right now." and the Request a custom order button is hidden. See Turn on vacation mode.
How it appears in search
Your shop page's title is built from your shop name, usually followed by "Digital Downloads". Its description starts with your tagline, so a clear tagline helps people choose your shop in search results.
Common questions
How do I preview my shop page?
Open Settings and select Preview your shop, or select View shop in the sidebar. It opens the same page buyers see.
Why is my shop page empty?
The page says your shop hasn't published any files yet until you have a published listing. Paid listings also stay hidden until Stripe payout setup is finished.
