Switch between shops in your seller hub

If you can work in more than one shop, the shop box at the top of your seller hub sidebar becomes a switcher. Select it, pick a shop and the seller hub reloads on that shop's overview.

Switch shops

1. Open your seller hub at esano.com/dashboard.
2. Select the shop box at the top of the sidebar. It shows your role and "Switch shop," such as "Manager · Switch shop."
3. In the Switch shop menu, pick a shop.

The page says "Switching…" for a moment and then opens that shop's Overview. The active shop has a check mark.

What the menu shows

The menu is titled Your shops if you own a shop, or Shops you help run if you only help run other people's shops. Each row shows the shop's logo or first initial, its name and your place in it:

• "Your own shop" for the shop you own
• Your role and the owner's name for shops you help run, such as "Manager · June Ortiz"

View shop at the bottom of the menu opens the public page of the active shop.

What changes when you switch

Everything in the seller hub follows the active shop: the overview, listings, orders, messages, reviews, stats and settings. You see only what your role in that shop allows. A banner at the top says "You're helping run {shop} as {Role}" whenever you're working in a shop you don't own.

For example, you might be the owner in your own shop and a Support team member in a friend's shop. Your sidebar and numbers change with each one.

Esano remembers your choice

Esano remembers the shop you picked on this browser for up to a year. The next time you open the seller hub, you land back in it. To go back to your own shop, open the switcher and pick it.

If you only have one shop

You won't see a menu. The sidebar shop box shows your shop's logo and name with View shop, which opens your public shop page.

Stop helping run a shop

Team members can leave a shop from the banner at the top of the seller hub. The owner can't leave their own shop. Find out more in Leave a shop you help run.
