Find and change your shop settings

Open Settings in the seller hub sidebar. On the Shop tab you can change your logo, banner, tagline, shop groups, vacation mode and custom orders. Your shop name, address, main category and style are shown there but can't be edited.

The four tabs

• Shop: your profile and status. Owners and Managers see it.
• Custom orders: prices and questions for custom work. Owners and Managers see it.
• Team: invites and roles. Only the owner sees it. See Shop team roles and what each can do.
• Your details: your own account details. Only the owner sees it.

What's on the Shop tab

Shop profile

• Logo and Banner: see Add or change your shop logo and banner.
• Tagline: one line under your shop name. See Add a shop tagline.
• Shop groups: group your listings your own way. Buyers see them next to the categories on your shop page. You can have up to 10. See Create and manage shop groups.

A Preview your shop link opens your public shop page. It is hidden while vacation mode is on.

Shop status

• Vacation mode: pauses orders while you're away. Only the owner can change it. See Turn on vacation mode.
• Custom orders: lets buyers request custom work. See Turn on custom orders for your shop.

Shop details

These four lines are read only:

• Shop name
• Shop address
• Main category and style
• Open since

How changes save

• Images upload after you crop them.
• The tagline saves when you select Save tagline.
• Vacation mode and Custom orders save the moment you tick or untick them.
• Public pages update right after a change.

The Custom orders tab

The prices and questions you set here appear on your shop once custom orders are on. If they're off, a banner says "Custom orders are off" with a Turn them on button.

The Your details tab

The owner's private details, never shown on your shop:

• Legal name, Country and Date of birth are shown for reference.
• Email and Password each have a Change link that goes to your account settings.
• Phone number is optional. It's private and only Esano sees it. Select Save phone after you edit it.

What isn't in settings

There's no About section or shop policies field. Your shop page shows your banner, logo, name, tagline, ratings and listings. See How your shop page looks to buyers.
