The overview is the first page of your seller hub at esano.com/dashboard. It shows how your shop did over the last 14 or 30 days, what needs your attention, your top listings and your recent activity.
Find your way around the sidebar
The sidebar lists the sections of your seller hub:
- Overview
- Listings
- Orders
- Custom orders (shown while your shop takes custom orders or has open ones)
- Messages
- Reviews
- Stats
- Payouts
- Settings
Small numbers next to a section show what is waiting: refund requests on Orders, requests that need you on Custom orders, unread Messages, and Reviews that need a reply. Team members see only the sections their role allows. Read more in Shop team roles and what each can do.
Read the top of the page
The heading greets you ("Good morning, June") and tells you which days it covers, like "How Your Shop did in the last 14 days, Sep 20 to Oct 3." Use the Date range menu to switch between Last 14 days and Last 30 days. See Change the date range on your stats.
The New listing button creates a draft and opens the listing editor. It reads New draft until your shop can publish.
Check the alerts
Banners appear above your numbers when something needs action:
- Payouts setup: "Set up payouts to start selling", "Finish setting up payouts", "Stripe needs one more thing" or "Stripe is checking your details." Until Stripe is active, your paid listings stay hidden from buyers. Only the shop owner sees this banner. See Connect Stripe to get paid and Stripe says action needed or not finished.
- Refund requests: "A buyer asked for a refund" with a Review request button. The payout for that order is paused until you reply. See Respond to a buyer's refund request.
- Shop status: if Esano hides, suspends or closes your shop, a banner on every seller hub page says so and gives the reason. See Why Esano hid, suspended or closed your shop.
Below the banners, a Needs you row links to unread messages, custom requests that need a quote and reviews waiting for a reply. Only counts above zero show.
Read your four numbers
The strip shows Revenue, Orders, Visits and Conversion rate for the range you picked. Each one compares with the same number of days before, such as "18% vs. previous 14 days." What each number means is explained in Read your shop stats.
A Revenue chart under the numbers plots revenue by day. A lighter line shows the previous period when it had sales.
Check your top listings
Top listings shows your five best sellers with Price, Sales and Revenue. It ranks by total revenue over the life of the listing, so changing the date range does not change it. Listings without sales follow, most recently edited first. All listings opens your full list.
Read recent activity
Recent activity shows up to seven of your newest events:
- "New order" with the item and the amount
- "5-star review on" a listing
- An amount "released to your Stripe account" (owners only)
Until something happens it says "No activity yet. Sales, payouts and reviews show up here."
What team members see
If your role has no sales stats, your overview looks different and never shows money. The Listings role sees Live listings, Drafts and Recently edited. The Support role sees what needs a reply and recent orders and reviews.
Common questions
Why does my overview say "New draft" instead of "New listing"?
The button says New draft until your shop can publish. Finish payout setup with Stripe and it changes to New listing.
Why can't I see Orders or Payouts in my sidebar?
Team members only see the sections their role allows. A note under the sidebar names what is hidden for your role.
