Add or change your shop logo and banner

Go to Seller hub → Settings → Shop, find Logo or Banner under Shop profile, and select Upload logo or Upload banner. Pick an image, crop it and select Use crop. Both are optional, and you can add them any time after your shop is open. The shop owner and Managers can do this.

Image requirements

Images can be up to 40 megapixels. A smaller image works as long as your crop meets the minimum. Listing photos have their own rules, covered in Listing photo sizes and requirements.

Upload or replace an image

1. Open Settings in the seller hub, then stay on the Shop tab.
2. Under Shop profile, find Logo or Banner.
3. Select Upload logo or Upload banner. If you already have one, the button says Replace logo or Replace banner.
4. Choose a JPG, PNG or WebP file from your device.
5. In the crop window, drag the image into position. You can also use Zoom, Horizontal and Vertical. Reset crop goes back to the centered crop.
6. Select Use crop.

If the image is too small, the crop window tells you the minimum crop size. Choose a larger image or zoom out.

Check your banner on different screens

The banner crop window shows three previews: Desktop, Phone · 390px and Narrow window · 601px. Your shop logo covers the lower-left area of the banner, and other screen sizes may crop the edges differently. Keep important text near the center.

What happens after you upload

Esano checks each image before it goes live. While it checks, the button says Checking and you see "Your logo is being checked. It will appear once the check finishes." The same applies to banners.

Remove an image

Select Remove next to Replace logo or Replace banner. Without a logo, buyers see your shop's first initial. Without a banner, the settings preview says "No banner yet" and the top of your shop page has no image.
