Change the date range on your stats

Use the Date range menu at the top of Overview or Stats and pick Last 14 days or Last 30 days. Esano opens each page on Last 14 days. There are no other ranges on these two pages.

Change the range

1. Open Overview or Stats in the seller hub sidebar.
2. Select the Date range menu in the page header, next to the page title.
3. Pick Last 14 days or Last 30 days.

The page reloads with the new range. Each page opens on Last 14 days, so pick a range on each page if you want 30 days on both.

The line under the page title shows the exact days, like "Sep 20 to Oct 3." On Stats it also says "compared with the 14 days before" when there's something to compare.

What counts as the last 14 or 30 days

• The range includes today, so "Last 14 days" is today and the 13 days before it.
• Days run on UTC. A day starts and ends at midnight UTC, so orders and visits near midnight where you live can land on a different day. See How Esano counts visits to your shop.
• The exact first and last day appear under the page title.

How the comparison works

Each number is compared with the same number of days right before your range. With Last 14 days, that means the 14 days before those. Under Visits, Orders and Revenue you see the percent change, like "▲ 18%", or "Same as before". Conversion rate shows the change in points, like "▲ 0.4 pts."

You won't see a change if the earlier period had nothing to compare, such as a new shop with no earlier visits or orders. On Overview, Revenue reads "18% vs. previous 14 days."

What the range doesn't change

• Top listings on Overview ranks your listings by total revenue, not by the range you picked.
• Favorites in Listings by visits counts how many people have the listing saved right now.
• Recent activity always shows your newest events.
