Where visits came from on your Stats page shows what share of your visits came from each source, for the date range you picked. Each row is a source with a bar and a percentage. Hover over a percentage to see the number of visits behind it.
The sources
From Esano
- Esano search: the visitor came from Esano search results.
- Category pages: the visitor came from an Esano category page.
- Other Esano pages: the visitor came from any other Esano page, such as the home page or another shop or listing.
From search engines
- Google: visits from Google, including the Google app on Android.
- Other search engines: Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, Brave Search, Ecosia and similar search engines.
From social sites
- Pinterest: visits from Pinterest and its app.
- Other social: visits from sites and apps like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Everything else
- Direct and saved: the visitor arrived with no referring website. That covers bookmarks, typed addresses and links that don't say where they came from.
- Other websites: a link from any other website, such as a blog or newsletter page.
- Esano: older visits recorded before Esano split its own pages into the three rows above. You'll only see it if the range includes some.
How to read the list
The percentages add up to about 100% of your visits for the range, rounded to whole numbers. A source with a small share still gets a thin bar. Only sources with at least one visit are listed. If you have no visits at all, you see "No visits in the last 14 days yet."
What to do with it
- Lots of Esano search or Category pages: buyers are finding you on Esano. Strong titles, tags and categories help. See How Esano search ranks your listings.
- Google: your listings are showing up in web search. See How Google finds your listings.
- Pinterest and Other social: your own sharing is working. Link to your shop or listings from your profiles. See Help shoppers find and share your shop.
- Direct and saved: people already know your shop or have saved it.

Common questions
What does "Direct and saved" mean?
The visitor arrived without a referring website, for example from a bookmark, a typed address or a link that doesn't pass along where it came from.
Why don't the percentages show a source I expected?
Stats only lists sources that sent at least one visit in the range. A source with no visits is left out.
