Can I change my shop name or address?

Settings shows your shop name and address, but it has no way to edit them. You pick both when you open your shop. If you need help with either, contact Esano support.

Where to see your name and address

1. Open Settings in the seller hub.
2. Stay on the Shop tab.
3. Scroll to Shop details.

Shop name and Shop address are listed there, along with Main category and style and Open since. The address looks like esano.com/shop/your-shop-name. Select it to open your shop page. While vacation mode is on it shows as plain text.

Why there's no edit option

Your shop name also becomes your web address when you open your shop, so both are set at setup. For the naming rules and how the address is made, see choose a shop name and web address.

Ask for a change

If you need a different shop name or address, email customerservice@esano.com or see how to contact support. Include your current shop address so the team can find your shop.

Update how your shop looks instead

You can change these yourself at any time:

• Your logo and banner: Add or change your shop logo and banner
• The line under your shop name: Add a shop tagline
• How you group listings: Create and manage shop groups
