Feature listings on your shop page

You can feature up to 2 live listings. They show big in a Featured section at the top of the first page of your shop, above All items. Turn it on with Feature this listing in the listing editor.

Feature a listing

1. Open Seller hub → Listings and select the listing.
2. Under Details, find Featured and tick Feature this listing.
3. Select Save changes. You'll see "Saved. It's featured on your shop page."

The box only works on a live listing. On a draft it's greyed out with "Publish this listing first. Then you can feature it." See publish a listing.

Featured now next to the box shows how many of your 2 places are used, with small covers of the featured listings. The Listings page shows the same count as Featured on your shop, and each featured listing has a Featured badge.

Replace a featured listing

When 2 listings are already featured, ticking the box opens Replace a featured listing?

1. Pick the listing the new one replaces.
2. Select Replace. The editor shows "Replaces {title} when you save." Select Change to pick a different one.
3. Select Save changes.

The new listing takes the replaced one's place at the top. The replaced listing stays in your shop, just not in Featured. Select Cancel to close the dialog without featuring the listing.

Stop featuring a listing

Untick Feature this listing and select Save changes. You'll see "Saved. It's no longer featured." If you remove the first featured listing, the other one moves up.

A listing also stops being featured when it's unpublished, removed by Esano or deleted, and when the shop is closing. Publishing a listing again doesn't feature it again. See unpublish or delete a listing.

What buyers see

Featured listings appear as larger cards on page 1 of your shop, before the rest of your listings. Buyers can favorite them or add them to their cart from the card, unless your shop is on vacation. They aren't repeated in the All items grid below. Your shop's item count still includes them.

When a buyer picks a tab, sorts, filters or searches inside your shop, the Featured section hides and featured listings show in the results like any other listing. See how your shop page looks to buyers.

Who can feature listings

The shop owner, Managers and Listings members can feature listings. Support members can't. Listings members see each featured listing's price in the replace dialog but not its sales count. See shop team roles and permissions.
