Get your listing on the Under $10 page

Updated

Your listing appears on Under $10 automatically when its Personal license price is below $10.00. You don't apply, and there's no setting for it.

How listings get on the page

A listing is on the page when all of these are true:

  • Its Price (the Personal license price) is below $10.00.
  • It is live and has an approved photo.
  • Your shop has payments set up and isn't on vacation.

The page lists the newest listings first by default. Shoppers can filter and sort it like any other page, but the price choices stop under $10. Page 1 and later pages show 48 listings each. See Find digital files under $10 for what shoppers see.

Under $10 is a price list, not a ranking. Where you appear depends on when you published, unless a shopper changes the sort. See How Esano search ranks your listings for the other sort options.

Your Personal price drives everything

Shoppers see one price on each card: your Personal license price. These all use it:

  • The price on the card
  • Price filters and Price: low to high or Price: high to low sorting
  • The Under $5 quick filter and the $5 to $10 range
  • The Under $10 page

Your Commercial and Extended prices only show on your listing page. See Choose which licenses to offer on a listing.

Prices run from $1.00 to $1,000, or $0 for a free download. If a price is outside that range, the editor tells you to "Enter $0 for a free download, or $1.00 to $1,000."

Show a sale

To show a listing as on sale, set an Original price higher than your current Price.

  1. Open Listings in your seller hub and choose the listing.
  2. Enter your regular price in Original price. It must be higher than Price.
  3. Save the listing.

The card then shows the original price crossed out and a percentage off, worked out for you. The On sale filter and its quick pill appear on a page when something on it is on sale, and they show only those listings.

The editor shows what you earn at each price. For fees, see What fees does Esano charge sellers?.

Think about where your price puts you

  • A price under $10 puts you on a page shoppers browse for small purchases.
  • A price under $5 is also in the Under $5 quick filter.
  • A price just above a limit, such as $10.00, keeps you off that page, so check the number.
  • Pricing very low doesn't improve your search ranking. Search ranks by text match, not price.

Common questions

Is a listing priced at exactly $10.00 on the Under $10 page?

No. A listing has to be priced below $10.00, so $9.99 qualifies and $10.00 doesn't.

Do free listings show on the Under $10 page?

Yes. Any listing whose Personal license price is under $10, including $0 free downloads, can appear.

Do my Commercial and Extended prices affect these pages?

No. Cards, price filters, price sorting and the Under $10 page all use your Personal license price.
