Offer a shop bundle discount

As the shop owner, open Seller hub → Marketing → Discounts and tick Offer a bundle discount. Choose how many listings a buyer needs and the percentage they save. Each change saves immediately.

Set the offer

1. Open Marketing → Discounts in the shop you own.
2. Under Bundle discount, tick Offer a bundle discount.
3. Choose Minimum items: 2, 3, 4 or 5.
4. Choose Discount: 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% or 30%.
5. Wait for the saved message. It confirms the offer buyers will see, such as "Buy 3 or more, save 20%".

A shop without a saved offer starts with 3 items and 20% selected, but the discount is off until you turn it on. There is no separate save button. If saving fails, the controls return to the previous saved offer and show an error. Try the change again.

What qualifies

• The buyer purchases the chosen number of distinct listings from your shop in one order.
• All offered licenses qualify: Personal, Commercial and Extended.
• The saving applies to each qualifying listing from your shop, not just the items above the minimum.
• Items from other shops do not help meet your shop's minimum.
• Free listings count toward the item number, but $0 has no saving to subtract.
• Custom orders do not qualify.
• A listing with five downloadable files or a ZIP still counts as one listing, not five or the number of files inside.

Your bundle offer does not change your listing prices, licenses or uploaded files. Buyers see the shop offer on listing pages and the calculated saving in their cart.

How prices and earnings change

The bundle saving is applied to the selling price of the license the buyer chose. Original price can show a listing sale, and the bundle discount applies on top of that current sale price.

For example, three listings priced at $5 each with a 20% bundle discount cost $4 each before tax, for a $12 shop subtotal. Esano's 20% fee is calculated from what the buyer pays after the discount, so your earnings are lower than at the undiscounted price. See seller fees.

Savings are rounded for each item. The buyer's paid items must still total at least $3 after bundle discounts and before tax, across all shops, to check out. Free items do not add to that paid total. See the $3 cart minimum.

Change or turn off the discount

Return to Marketing → Discounts and select a new minimum or percentage, or untick Offer a bundle discount. Each change saves immediately. The minimum and percentage controls are disabled while the offer is off.

Changing an offer affects current shopping and checkout, not completed orders. It does not end individual listing sales. To change those, edit Original price in each listing. See set a price and run a sale.
