Open Seller hub → Marketing to manage shop-wide offers and presentation. The page has Discounts, Custom orders, Shop groups and Announcement tabs. You only see tabs your role can use.
Discounts
The shop owner can turn on Offer a bundle discount, choose Minimum items and a Discount, and reward buyers who purchase several listings from the shop in one order. Each change saves immediately.
This is separate from an individual listing's Original price. See offer a shop bundle discount.
Custom orders
Use Take custom orders to let buyers request custom work, and fill in the details that help them describe a request. The switch saves immediately. The rest of the setup has its own save action.
Buyers can send requests once your shop's payouts are ready and your shop is not on vacation. Turning the switch off does not cancel open requests. See turn on custom orders and set up custom order details.
This tab is for setup, not your request inbox. Handle requests from Custom orders in the Seller hub navigation.
Shop groups
Under Your groups, organize the sections buyers use on your shop page. A shop can have up to 10 groups, with names up to 24 characters. Groups are separate from categories and search keywords.
See create and manage shop groups. You assign listings to groups in the listing editor or in bulk from Listings.
Announcement
Use Show an announcement, Announcement text and the optional Show until date to add one line to the top of your shop page. The text can be up to 120 characters. Links, email addresses and phone numbers are not allowed.
Select Save changes under Save these details to save the switch, text and date together. Turning the announcement off keeps your text. See add a shop announcement.
Team access
- Owner: all four tabs.
- Manager: Custom orders, Shop groups and Announcement, but not Discounts.
- Listings and Support: cannot open Marketing. The Listings role can still create and assign groups within listing tools.

Common questions
Why can't I see Discounts?
Only the shop owner can change bundle discounts because they change the shop's earnings. Managers can use the other Marketing tabs.
Is Marketing where I answer custom order requests?
No. Marketing holds the setup and the Take custom orders switch. Open Custom orders in the Seller hub navigation to handle buyer requests.
Can a team member with the Listings role open Marketing?
No. They can assign and create shop groups in the listing editor, but Marketing itself is available to the Owner and Managers.
