Go to esano.com/sell, select Open your shop, sign in, and work through the setup screens. Your shop opens when you select Open my shop on the fees and terms screen.
Check what you need to open a shop first if you have not already.
Open your shop
- Go to esano.com/sell and select Open your shop. If you are already signed in, Sell on Esano in your account menu takes you to the same page.
- If you are signed out, select Sign in or create an account. Setup continues once you are in.
- Answer the three starter questions and select Next after each. They ask what brings you to Esano, what you plan to sell, and how long you have been thinking about opening a shop.
- On Now for the fun part., select Start your shop.
- Name your shop. Enter a Shop name and wait for Available to appear. See choose a shop name and web address. Select Continue.
- Shop style. Add an optional Tagline, pick a Main category if you chose more than one, and pick up to three styles. See set your shop style and tagline. Select Continue.
- About you. Choose your Country of residence, then enter your First name, Last name and Date of birth. Select Continue.
- Fees & terms. Review the fees and the seller terms in short. Tick I have read and agree to Esano's seller terms and the fees above.
- Select Open my shop.
- Get paid. Select Connect with Stripe to set up payouts now, or Do this later. See set up payouts when you open a shop.
The setup screen shows a progress bar with five steps: Name your shop, Shop style, About you, Fees & terms and Get paid. Use Back on any screen to change an earlier answer.
What the questions are for
The three starter questions help Esano understand what you want to sell. You can pick as many categories as you like on the second one, and setup says you can change this later. Esano saves all of your answers together when you select Open my shop.
What you agree to
The Fees & terms screen lists the cost of selling and a short version of the seller terms. In short:
- You own, or have the rights to sell, every file you list.
- Buyers receive the license you choose for each listing.
- Esano may remove listings that break its marketplace policies, and may pause shops that repeatedly do.
- Your earnings are held for 14 days before they become eligible for payout. See how the 14-day payout hold works.
The full terms are in the Retailer Terms and Conditions section of Esano's Terms of Use, and Esano seller terms in plain language explains them. For fee details, see what fees Esano charges sellers.
After your shop opens
The last screen says your shop is open and shows your shop address, which is yours to keep. It lists two next steps: Set up payouts and Add your first listing. Select Add your first listing if payouts are ready, or Go to Seller hub to look around.
From there, use the first listing checklist and read create a listing on Esano.
Common questions
How long does shop setup take?
Setup is short. You answer three questions, name your shop, enter your details and review the fees. Connecting Stripe takes about 5 minutes more.
Is my shop open before I connect Stripe?
Yes. Your shop opens when you select Open my shop. You can connect Stripe right after or later, but paid listings cannot be published until payouts are set up.
