Find and search your purchases

Your order history is on the Purchases and reviews page. Open your account menu (your profile picture in the header) and select Purchases and reviews.

Read your purchases

Items are grouped by shop. Each group starts with Purchased from and the shop name, then shows:

• The date you paid
• The order number, for example Order E-10517. See find your order number and receipt.
• Order total, plus the amount refunded if there was a refund

Under that, each item shows a preview image, the title, your license, the file types, and the number and size of files. Buttons next to the item let you download it, message the shop, or leave a review.

Search your purchases

1. Open Purchases and reviews.
2. Select the Search your purchases box.
3. Type part of an item title or a shop name.
4. Press Enter or select the search button.

If nothing matches, you see No purchases match your search. Select All purchases to clear the search.

Use the filter tabs

The tabs above the list each show a count:

• All purchases: every item you bought
• To review: items you haven't reviewed yet. See write a review for a file you bought.
• Refunds: items that were refunded or have a refund request. See check your refund request status.

If the page is empty

You haven't bought any files yet. means no paid order is on the account you're signed in to. If you did buy something, you may be signed in with a different email address. Sign out, then sign back in with the address you used at checkout. For help, see sign in to Esano.

If you aren't signed in at all, the page asks you to sign in before it shows anything.
