File won't open or looks wrong

Esano delivers the files the seller uploaded. We do not edit their artwork.

First checks

1. Download again from Purchases with Download.
2. If you got a ZIP, extract it first — see ZIP files.
3. Match the extension to an app (PNG/JPG in an image app, TTF/OTF in Font Book or a font manager, PDF in a reader, SVG in a browser or editor).
4. Allowed product types include png, jpg, jpeg, webp, gif, tif, tiff, pdf, zip, psd, ai, eps, ttf, otf, woff, woff2, svg.

If the file is corrupt, empty, or not what the listing described, message the seller. Then Contact us. Digital goods are delivered immediately; a completed download is not cancelled the way a physical shipment is. Do not assume a refund.
