Download files you bought

Open Purchases and reviews from your account menu and select Download next to the item. Your files stay there, so you can download them again whenever you need them.

Download a file

1. Sign in to Esano with the account you used to buy.
2. Open your account menu (your profile picture in the header) and select Purchases and reviews.
3. Find the item. Purchases are grouped by shop, with the order number and date at the top of each group.
4. Select Download.

Your browser saves the file under the name the shop gave it. Look for it in your Downloads folder.

Download an item with more than one file

If an item has more than one file, Download opens a list. Each row shows the file name and its size. Select a file to save it, then repeat for the others. For ZIP files and more detail, see download several files or a ZIP.

What you see right after you pay

Esano confirms your card payment with Stripe first. For a few seconds the page may say We're confirming your payment with Stripe. Your files will appear here in a few seconds. When the payment clears, it changes to Payment received. Your files are ready to download.

If it takes longer, see payment pending after checkout. If your files still aren't there, see find a missing purchase or file.

What each purchase shows

Under each item title you see:

• Your license, for example "Personal license"
• The file types in the download, such as PNG or SVG
• How many files it includes and their total size

Esano reads the file types from the files themselves. Shops don't type them in. To learn what each type is for, see file types you can buy on Esano.

Download on a phone or tablet

The steps are the same in your phone's browser. After the download finishes, find the file in your device's Files app. See open Esano downloads on a phone or tablet.
