Get your download links by email

Esano emails you a receipt after every paid order, and the receipt has a Download your files button. A shop can also send your download links again if you can't find them.

The receipt email

Right after you pay, Esano sends a receipt from orders@updates.esano.com with the subject Your Esano receipt for order E-... It lists your items, licenses, shops and totals. Select Download your files to open Purchases and reviews, where each item has its Download button.

The receipt goes to the email address on your Esano account.

The "Your downloads" email from a shop

A shop can resend your download links for its part of an order. You get an email with the subject Your downloads from and the shop name. It lists each item with one Download link per file, plus a View your purchases button.

The email says to sign in to Esano with the same email address to download. The links check that you're signed in and still own the item.

Ask a shop to resend your links

1. Open Purchases and reviews.
2. Find the order and select Message shop.
3. Ask the shop to resend your download links for your order number. See message a shop on Esano for how messages work.

Shop owners and team members with order access can do this from their order page. Esano limits a resend to once every 10 minutes per order, so give it a few minutes.

If the email doesn't arrive

• Check your spam or junk folder for messages from orders@updates.esano.com. For more checks, see receipt email didn't arrive.
• Make sure you're checking the inbox for the address on your Esano account.
• You don't need the email to get your files. Open Purchases and reviews instead. See download files you bought.

If a link in the email doesn't work

Links stop working if you aren't signed in, if the item was refunded, or if the shop replaced the file. Open Purchases and reviews and use the Download button there. See fix a download link that doesn't work.
