Find your order number and receipt

Your order number looks like E-10482. You can find it in Purchases and reviews and in your receipt email.

Find it in your account

1. Sign in to Esano.
2. Open your account menu and select Purchases and reviews.
3. Find the order under "Purchased from [shop name]".

Each section shows the order date, the order number as "Order E-10482", and the Order total. If a refund was made, the total also shows how much was refunded. To look for a specific item, use Search your purchases. It searches item titles and shop names. For more, see find and search your purchases.

Right after you pay, Esano brings you to this page and shows "Payment received. Your files are ready to download."

Find it in your email

After a paid order, Esano emails a receipt. The subject is "Your Esano receipt for order E-10482", with your order's number. The message is sent from orders@updates.esano.com and opens with the heading "Thanks for your order". If it's missing, see receipt email not received.

What the receipt shows

• Your order number and the date
• Each item with its title, license and shop name, and its price
• Subtotal, Tax and Total
• A Download your files button that opens your purchases
• A short reminder of how refund requests work

The tax line is itemized, as described in sales tax at checkout.

Orders with several shops

One checkout is one order. If your cart had items from three shops, you get one order number and one receipt. In Purchases and reviews, each shop's items appear in a separate section under the same number. See buy from several shops in one checkout.

Use your order number when you need help

Give the number to Esano support and to the shop if you message them. For downloads, see download files you bought. For refund requests, follow request a refund.
