Open Esano downloads on a phone or tablet

Sign in to Esano in your phone's browser, open Purchases and reviews, and select Download. The file lands in your Files app or Downloads folder.

Download on iPhone or iPad

1. Open Safari and sign in to Esano.
2. Open your account menu and select Purchases and reviews.
3. Select Download next to your item.
4. If your browser asks, select Download again to confirm.
5. Tap the download arrow in the address bar to see your file, or open the Files app and look in Downloads.

Download on Android

1. Open Chrome (or your regular browser) and sign in to Esano.
2. Open your account menu and select Purchases and reviews.
3. Select Download next to your item.
4. Open the notification when it finishes, or find the file in Files by Google under Downloads.

Unzip a ZIP

• iPhone or iPad: Tap the ZIP in the Files app. A folder with the same name appears.
• Android: Open the ZIP in your file manager and choose Extract.

Open common file types

• PNG, JPG, WEBP: Tap the file to view it in Photos or your image app. To save to Photos, use the share button.
• PDF: Tap the file to open it in your PDF reader or browser.
• SVG: Some phones show only a preview. Open it from your design or cutting app instead, for example the Cricut Design Space app. See use SVG and PNG files with Cricut or Silhouette.
• DOCX, XLSX, PPTX: Open them in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets or Slides, or Pages and Numbers.

What works better on a computer

Some files are easier to handle on a computer:

• Fonts, which need to be installed. See install a font you bought.
• Embroidery files, which need to reach your machine. See use embroidery files with your machine.
• Large files or ZIPs with many files.

You can download on your phone, then use the same account on a computer to save a copy there.

If a download doesn't start

Try again from Purchases and reviews, or use a different browser. See fix a download link that doesn't work.
