Write a review for a file you bought

To review a file, open Purchases and reviews in your account menu, find the item and select Write a review. Pick a star rating, add text if you like, and select Post review. Without a photo, your review goes live on the listing right away.

Steps

1. Sign in to Esano and open the account menu in the site header.
2. Select Purchases and reviews. You can also go straight to your purchases.
3. Find the item you bought. Select To review to see only the purchases you haven't reviewed yet.
4. Select Write a review next to the item.
5. Under Your rating, choose 1 to 5 stars.
6. Optional: write your thoughts under Your review.
7. Optional: select Add a photo to show what you made. See how to add a photo to your review.
8. Select Post review.

When it saves, Esano shows "Review posted. It's live on the listing now."

Choosing a star rating

The form names each rating as you pick it:

• 1 star: Poor
• 2 stars: Fair
• 3 stars: Good
• 4 stars: Very good
• 5 stars: Excellent

A rating is the only required part of a review. Post review stays unavailable until you pick one.

Writing your review

The text box is marked Optional. Its prompt asks, "What did you make with it? How were the files?"

• If you write a review, it needs at least 20 characters. The limit is 2,000 characters.
• A counter under the box shows how many characters you've used.
• Links and email addresses aren't allowed. Remove them and try again. See the review guidelines for what else to keep out.

Who sees your review

The dialog says "Shown as" followed by your first name and "Verified purchase". Your review also shows the date and the license you bought, such as a Personal license. Shoppers see it in the reviews on the listing. Read where your reviews appear to see every place.

After you post

• Your rating counts toward the listing's average. See how star ratings are calculated.
• You can edit your review for 60 days after posting.
• You can delete it at any time.
