Leave a shop you help run

To leave a shop you help run, select Leave shop in the notice at the top of the seller hub, then confirm. You lose access right away.

Leave a shop

1. Open the seller hub and switch to the shop you want to leave, if you help run more than one.
2. In the notice at the top ("You're helping run" the shop "as" your role), select Leave shop.
3. In the "Leave" dialog, read the message and select Leave shop again.

You lose access to the shop immediately. The dialog reminds you that the owner can invite you again.

What happens next

• You land in the next shop you can work in. If you help run or own other shops, the seller hub opens one of them.
• If you have no other shop, you're taken to seller setup, where you can open a shop of your own if you want one. Your Esano account itself isn't affected, and you can still buy on Esano.
• The listings you made stay in the shop. Your earlier actions stay in the activity log, shown as "Former member".
• Your leaving is recorded in the activity log as "left the shop". Only the owner can see the log. See see what your shop team has done.
• Your spot opens up on the owner's team.

Rejoin later

Leaving isn't permanent. The owner can invite you again, and you accept the new invite like before. See accept an invite to join a shop team.

I don't see a Leave shop button

The notice only shows for team members. If you own the shop, you see no notice and can't leave. Ownership can't be moved or removed. See shop team limits and ownership.
