View and filter your orders

Updated

Your orders are in your Seller hub under Orders. Every paid order for your shop is listed there, newest first.

Open your orders

  1. Sign in to Esano and open your Seller hub.
  2. Select Orders in the menu.

If you run more than one shop, make sure you're working in the shop you want. If Orders is missing from the menu, your team role may not include it. See shop team roles and what each can do.

What each row shows

The table has these columns:

  • Order: the order number, like E-10482, with the date it was paid. Select it to open the order page.
  • Buyer: the buyer's first name and photo. If they haven't set a name, you'll see "Esano buyer".
  • Items: the first item, plus "+ 2 more items" if there are others. A Custom tag marks a custom order.
  • License: Personal, Commercial or Extended. It reads "Mixed" when the order has different licenses.
  • Total: what the buyer paid for your items. A fully refunded order shows its total crossed out.
  • Payout: where the money is right now. Only shop owners see this column. See what the order statuses mean.

A row is highlighted when a buyer's refund request is waiting on you.

Filter the list

Use the tabs above the table. Each one shows how many orders it holds:

  • All: every paid order.
  • Needs a reply: orders where a buyer's refund request is waiting on you. Open the order to answer it. See respond to a buyer's refund request.
  • Refunds: orders that were fully or partly refunded.

Use the date menu at the top right to show All time, Last 14 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days. The range is based on the date each order was paid. The tab counts change with the range.

If a tab has nothing in it, you'll see a short message such as "No orders in the last 30 days." or "No refunds yet."

Page through many orders

The list shows 50 orders per page. Use Previous and Next at the bottom, next to the page count (for example "Page 1 of 3").

If payouts aren't set up yet

Shop owners see a banner above the list until Stripe payouts are finished, with a button such as Connect with Stripe, Continue on Stripe or Finish on Stripe. Until your shop can be paid, your paid listings are hidden from buyers. See connect Stripe to get paid.

Common questions

Why can't I see an order a buyer says they placed?

Orders only appear after the buyer's payment goes through. Unfinished or abandoned checkouts never show in your list, so the order is not yours yet.

What time zone do the dates use?

Dates on the Orders page use UTC, so an order can show a day earlier or later than your local date.
