Search, filter and sort your listings

Go to Seller hub → Listings. Use the tabs for status, the search box for a title or listing number, the filters for category, file type, price and shop group, and Sort to reorder. The table shows 50 listings per page.

Switch between statuses

Tabs above the table show All, Live and Drafts, each with a count. If your shop can't be paid yet, paid listings under Live show a Hidden badge. See what listing statuses mean.

If a tab is empty you'll see "You have no drafts." or "None of your listings are live yet."

Search

Type in Search your listings to find a listing by title or listing number. Results update as you type. Searches can be up to 100 characters.

Filter

On a computer, the toolbar has these menus:

• Category: pick one or more of the categories you use.
• File type: pick formats such as SVG or PNG.
• Price: enter a minimum and a maximum. The menu notes it filters by the Personal license price.
• Shop group: pick one or more groups, or Ungrouped. It appears only once you've created groups.

Each menu applies when you select its button, which says how many listings match, for example Show 12 listings. Menus list only categories and file types your shop uses. When any filter is on, Clear removes them all. If nothing matches you'll see "No listings match these filters." with a Clear filters button.

On a phone, one Filters button opens a sheet with Category, Shop group, File type and Price together. Choose what you want, then select the Show button. Clear all resets the sheet.

Sort

Use Sort listings to order the table by:

• Recently updated
• Newest
• Oldest
• Price: low to high
• Price: high to low
• Title: A to Z

Read the table

Each row shows the thumbnail, title, category and file formats, Price, Sales, Status and Updated date. Drafts show Missing: with anything they lack. Sales show a dash for drafts that never sold.

The ••• menu on a row has Edit, View on Esano (live listings), Unpublish or Publish, and Delete.

Bulk actions

1. Tick the box beside each listing. Select all shown listings ticks the whole page.
2. A bar shows how many you've selected.
3. Choose Add shop group, Remove shop group, Unpublish or Delete.

A message confirms the result, for example "Added “Group name” to 3 listings." See add listings to shop groups for more on groups. Bulk Unpublish and Delete handle up to 100 listings at a time. See unpublish or delete a listing.

Every filter is saved in the page's web address, so you can bookmark a view or go back to it with your browser's back button.
