Download your payout statements

Updated

Open Seller hub → Payouts → Balance history and select Download monthly CSV. The file lists every balance entry for the month you chose, and you can open it in any spreadsheet.

Download a statement

  1. Open Seller hub and select Payouts.
  2. Scroll to Balance history.
  3. In Statement month (UTC), pick the month.
  4. Select Show statement to view it on screen.
  5. Select Download monthly CSV to save the file.

The file is named esano-statement- followed by the month, for example esano-statement-2026-11.csv. Only the shop owner can download statements.

What the on-screen table shows

Balance history shows up to 50 entries for the month, each with:

  • Date
  • Activity: the kind of movement, such as a sale, a refund or a payout.
  • Balance change: how the entry moved your balance.
  • Tax: tax on the entry, shown separately from your earnings. If it says Under review, see why the Tax column says Under review.
  • Esano commission: Esano's share of that entry.
  • Reference: a stable reference that traces the entry to its order or payment record.

If a month has more entries than fit, a note says "Showing 50 of N entries." The CSV includes every entry.

If you have no activity that month, the page says "No financial activity this month."

What the CSV columns mean

All money in the CSV is in whole cents. 1000 means $10.00.

  • created_at: when the entry was recorded.
  • kind: the type of movement.
  • order_id and shop_order_id: the order the entry belongs to, when it has one.
  • reference: the stable reference for the entry.
  • gross_cents: the gross amount for the entry.
  • seller_cents: the change to your balance.
  • tax_cents: tax on the entry.
  • revenue_cents: Esano's commission.
  • clearing_cents: money in the process of being paid out.
  • fee_reserve_cents: money reserved for estimated Stripe fees.
  • available_at: when the earnings become eligible for payout.

Your balance history includes gross sales, tax shown separately, Esano's commission, fee deductions, refunds, disputes, debt adjustments and payout status. Each adjustment traces back to its order or provider record through its reference.

If the download doesn't work

  • If the page says a month must be in YYYY-MM format, pick the month from the field again.
  • If it says "Statement incomplete; please try again," wait a minute and download it again.
  • If it says "Some financial amounts are under review," email customerservice@esano.com before exporting that month.

Tax forms

A monthly statement is not a tax form. For your annual tax form, see Form 1099-K and your Esano sales. For records and tax responsibility, see income tax on your Esano earnings.

Common questions

What month does a statement cover?

A calendar month in UTC. Pick it with the Statement month (UTC) field on the Payouts page.

Why does my Tax column say Under review?

Esano is still reviewing the tax amount for that entry. Contact customerservice@esano.com if a statement can't be exported.
