Payout schedule and the $25 minimum

Updated

Esano sends bank payouts every other Friday. The first is October 23, 2026, then November 6, November 20 and every 14 days after. A payout needs at least $25 to send after deductions.

The payout Fridays

  • October 23, 2026
  • November 6, 2026
  • November 20, 2026
  • December 4, 2026
  • December 18, 2026
  • Then every 14 days

Your Payouts page shows the next date under Available, as "Next cycle" followed by the date. If it says "Payout activation pending," payouts aren't running yet.

What goes into a payout

A payout includes every earning that is eligible by 12:00 a.m. America/Chicago (Central) time on that Friday. Earnings become eligible after the 14-day hold.

Esano takes your eligible earnings, subtracts what you owe and Stripe's fees for that payout, and sends the rest.

The $25 minimum

A payout needs at least $25 to send after deductions, including Stripe's fees for that payout. If your eligible earnings are less than that, nothing is sent. They stay in your balance and roll into the next payout Friday. There is no fee for a payout that doesn't happen.

For example, in a month's first payout about $27.32 of eligible earnings is needed to send $25.00, because Stripe's fees come out of it. See Stripe payout fees explained.

Two exceptions apply to the $25 minimum, both covered in close your shop and get the final payout: closing your shop, and a shop with no activity for 12 months. A closure payout still has to meet Stripe's own minimum.

If a payout can't go out on its Friday

If Esano can't send a payout on its Friday, it sends it on the first later day it can, before the next payout Friday. Common reasons include a payout verification issue or an open review. See why a payout is late or paused.

When the money reaches your bank

Esano sends the payout on its Friday. When it arrives follows Stripe's estimate, and bank processing times and holidays can add delay. The Expected arrival column in Recent bank payouts shows Stripe's date, or "Not confirmed" until Stripe has one.

How a payout moves

Esano first transfers your earnings to your Stripe account, then sends a bank payout from there. A transfer to your Stripe balance is not a bank payout. See bank payout statuses.
