If a payout hasn't arrived, check these in order: the payout date, the 14-day hold, the $25 minimum, anything you owe, your Stripe status, open cases, and the payout's own status. Each is on your Payouts page.
1. Is it a payout Friday yet?
Bank payouts run every other Friday. Under Available, "Next cycle" shows the next date. The first is October 23, 2026, then every 14 days. See payout schedule and the $25 minimum.
If Available says "Payout activation pending," payouts aren't running yet.
2. Were your earnings eligible in time?
A payout includes earnings that are eligible by 12:00 a.m. America/Chicago time on the payout Friday. A sale from the last two weeks is probably still on hold. Look for On hold until on the order (see order payout badges) and read the 14-day payout hold.
3. Is your balance over the minimum?
A payout needs at least $25 to send after deductions, including Stripe's fees for that payout. If you have less, your earnings roll into the next payout Friday. See Stripe payout fees explained.
4. Do you owe money?
Amounts you owe are offset against eligible earnings first. If a notice on Payouts says "Your recorded debt is", that comes out before any bank payout. See negative balances and amounts you owe.
5. Is your Stripe account connected?
The Payout account badge should say Connected. If it says Not finished, Action needed or Stripe is reviewing, new paid sales and affected payouts are paused. See Stripe says action needed or not finished.
6. Is money held for an open case?
A notice on Payouts appears when part of your earnings is held for an open case, a review or documented closure exposure. Esano holds only the amount at stake on the affected order, plus any dispute fee allocated to you. The rest is paid on schedule.
A review that concerns your whole shop, or an unexplained movement of funds out of Esano's payment account, may pause payouts until it's resolved.
Open cases include refund requests, disputes, refunds made outside Esano and order reviews. See how refunds affect your payouts and disputes and chargebacks.
7. What does the payout row say?
If a payout was created, find it in Recent bank payouts. Match its status in bank payout statuses.
- Paid means Stripe sent it. Bank arrival follows Expected arrival, and bank holidays can add delay.
- Failed or returned means it needs your attention. See fix a failed or returned payout.
- Unknown means Esano is checking what Stripe did. Esano doesn't resend until it knows.
Still can't find it?
Email customerservice@esano.com or use the contact page. Include your shop name, the payout date and amount, and the status you see.
Common questions
Why didn't I get a payout this Friday?
Usually your earnings weren't eligible by 12:00 a.m. Central that Friday, your eligible balance was under $25 after deductions, or something is holding your payout. Work through the checks on this page.
What if Esano couldn't send my payout on Friday?
Esano sends it on the first later day it can, before the next payout Friday.
