Read your Payouts page

Updated

Open Seller hub → Payouts to see what you've earned, what is waiting, what is on its way and what has reached your bank. Only the shop owner can see this page.

The four numbers at the top

  • On hold: earnings still inside their 14-day hold. See the 14-day payout hold.
  • Available: earnings that are eligible and ready for the next payout. Under it, "Next cycle" shows the next payout Friday.
  • Bank payout pending: money Esano has already started sending to your bank.
  • Paid to bank, last 30 days: what reached your bank in the last 30 days.

If Available says "Payout activation pending," payouts aren't running yet, so no date is scheduled.

Notices that can appear

These show only when they apply to you.

  • Held for an open case. Part of your matured earnings is held for an open case, a review or documented closure exposure. That money is excluded from Available. See why a payout is late or paused.
  • Tax-form costs. Actual tax-form costs will be deducted from future eligible earnings. This is not overdue debt. If your shop closes first, Esano absorbs the unpaid rest.
  • Recorded debt. Your recorded debt is shown, and future earnings offset it before bank payouts. See negative balances and amounts you owe.
  • Reserved for provider fees. Money is reserved for estimated Stripe fees and will be reconciled to the actual charges. See Stripe payout fees explained.

Recent bank payouts

This table appears once Esano has created a payout. Each row shows:

  • Created: the date Esano started the payout.
  • Amount: what is being sent to your bank.
  • Status: where it is. See bank payout statuses.
  • Expected arrival: Stripe's date, or "Not confirmed."
  • Next step: what to do, if anything.

Balance history

Balance history lists every movement for one month: sales, fees, refunds, payouts and adjustments. Pick a month, select Show statement and use Download monthly CSV for the full month. See download payout statements.

Earnings

The Earnings table shows your newest paid orders, newest first, up to 50. Each row has the date, the order (such as E-10482), the item, You earn and a payout badge. Refunded orders show $0.00. For the badges, see order payout badges.

Payout account

This section shows your Stripe connection status and:

  • Paid to: the bank and the last four digits of the account.
  • Schedule: the schedule Stripe has on file. It may say Manual, because Esano decides when to send bank payouts.
  • You keep: 80% of each sale.
  • Eligible: 14 days after sale or custom delivery.

Select Manage on Stripe at the top of the page to open your Stripe dashboard. Stripe keeps your bank details and Esano never sees them. See change your payout bank account.

Common questions

Who can see the Payouts page?

Only the shop owner. Team members, whatever their role, can't see payouts, bank details or finance statements.

Why does Available show "Payout activation pending"?

It means Esano isn't running payouts yet, so no payout date is scheduled. When payouts are active, it shows the next payout date instead.
