Delete your Esano account

To delete your Esano account, email customerservice@esano.com. There is no delete button in your account settings, so a request to Esano is the way to do it.

Request account deletion

1. Email customerservice@esano.com.
2. Use the email address on your Esano account, so Esano can find it.
3. Say you want your account and personal information deleted.

You can also call 888-463-7051. Esano's privacy policy lists this email address and phone number for requests to access, correct or delete personal information. The policy does not state how long a deletion takes.

What to do first

Before you ask for deletion:

• Download everything you bought from Purchases and reviews.
• Deal with open orders and requests. Finish or resolve any refund requests or custom orders that are still open, so you don't lose track of them.
• Sellers: if you run a shop, say so in your email. Review your Payouts page and your orders for money or sales still in progress. To close the shop first, see close your shop.

Deleting some information but keeping your account

The privacy policy says you can ask Esano to delete personal information you provided. It also says that in certain circumstances it cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. For small changes, you can edit your details in settings instead.

When Esano may not delete everything

The policy says Esano may not accommodate a request if doing so would violate a law or legal requirement. It also says Esano may disclose personal information to comply with legal process and to enforce its agreements, including for billing and collection. The policy does not list which records Esano keeps or for how long.
