To opt out, email customerservice@esano.com with the subject "Privacy opt-out request." Say which opt-outs you want: behavioral tracking, targeted advertising, or sharing your information with third parties for promotion.
Opt-outs Esano offers
Esano's privacy policy gives you these choices. Each opt-out link in the policy opens an email to customerservice@esano.com with the subject "Privacy opt-out request."
- Behavioral tracking. The policy says Esano may collect information about your online activities over time and across other websites and services. You can opt out of this.
- Sharing for third-party advertising. If you don't want Esano to share your personal information with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for promotional purposes, you can opt out.
- Targeted advertising. If you don't want Esano to use information it collects, or that you provide, to show ads based on advertisers' audience preferences, you can opt out.
Send an opt-out request
- Open a new email to customerservice@esano.com.
- Use the subject Privacy opt-out request.
- Say which of the three opt-outs you want. You can ask for all of them.
- Send the email from the address on your Esano account, so Esano can match it to you.
You can also call 888-463-7051. The policy does not state how long an opt-out takes to apply.
Limit cookies in your browser
You can also set your browser to refuse all or some cookies, or to warn you before one is set. Some parts of Esano may stop working if you refuse cookies, including staying signed in. Read cookies and tracking on Esano for details.
Ads and tracking from other companies
Esano's policy says ads and other content on the site may come from third parties that use their own cookies and tracking technologies. Esano does not control them. Contact the provider of an ad if you have questions about it.
Your state's opt-out rights
Residents of some states can also opt out of sales, targeted advertising and profiling. See state privacy rights and appeals. Esano's policy says it does not currently sell data in a way that triggers Nevada's opt-out requirements.
Emails
Opting out of data sharing is separate from email settings. To turn off message emails, see turn off Esano emails.
