Minimum age to use Esano

You must be 18 or older to use Esano. Esano's privacy policy says the site is not intended for children under 18, and Esano does not knowingly collect their personal information.

What under-18 users should not do

The privacy policy says that if you are under 18, you should not:

• Use the site or provide information on it.
• Register for an account.
• Make purchases.
• Use the interactive or public comment features, such as messages and reviews.
• Give Esano any information about yourself, including your name, address, telephone number, email address or any screen name or user name.

The Terms of Use add that Esano is offered to users who are 18 or older and live in the United States or its territories or possessions. By using Esano, you state that you are old enough to form a binding contract with Esano.

If a child's information is on Esano

The privacy policy says that if Esano learns it has collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, it will delete that information.

If you think a child under 18 has an account or has sent Esano information:

1. Email customerservice@esano.com or call 888-463-7051.
2. Say which account or email address is involved.
3. Say what information you think was shared.

Esano's policy does not describe how it verifies parental consent, so don't assume a parent can approve an account for a minor.
