Get a copy of your data or correct it

You can review and change most of your personal information yourself in your account settings. For anything else, email customerservice@esano.com to ask for access to your information or a correction.

Change your details yourself

Esano's privacy policy says you can review and change your personal information by signing in and visiting your account. In Your account → Account settings, you can update:

• Your photo with Change photo or Remove photo. See add or change your profile photo.
• Your name. This is your first name. It shows in your account menu and on reviews you write. See change your name on Esano.
• Email. This is what you sign in with and where Esano emails you. See change your email address on Esano.
• Email notifications. Sign-in codes and other account emails always go out.

To change your name:

1. Open Your account → Account settings → Account.
2. Under Your name, edit First name.
3. Select Save.

To change your email:

1. Open Your account → Account settings → Account.
2. Under Email, enter the new address.
3. Select Change email.
4. Open the confirmation link Esano sends to the new address. Your email changes once you confirm it.

Under Payments, Billing addresses lists the addresses saved to your account. Use Edit or Remove next to an address, or Add an address. See manage saved billing addresses. Esano saves no cards. For what else Esano holds, see what personal data Esano collects.

Ask Esano for access or a correction

If you want a copy of what Esano holds, or something you can't change in settings corrected:

1. Email customerservice@esano.com. Use the address on your account so Esano can find it.
2. Say what you want: access to your information, a correction, or both.
3. Describe what is wrong and what it should say, if you want a correction.

You can also call 888-463-7051. These are the contacts the privacy policy gives for requests. The policy does not state a response time.

If you live in a state with privacy laws

You may have extra rights, such as data portability. See state privacy rights and appeals.

Delete instead of correct

To remove your information, read delete your Esano account.
