Create an Esano account

To create an Esano account, select Sign in, switch to Register, enter your email, first name and a password, then confirm your email with the 6-digit code we send you.

Register step by step

1. Go to esano.com and select Sign in in the site header.
2. In the sign-in window, select Register.
3. Enter your Email address.
4. Enter your First name. You can use up to 80 characters.
5. Enter a Password with at least 8 characters. See password requirements.
6. Select Create account.

Esano sends a 6-digit code to your email address. The next screen is called Confirm your email.

Confirm your email

1. Open the email and find the 6-digit code. The email is from no-reply@updates.esano.com.
2. Enter it in the 6-digit code field. The code is valid for 10 minutes.
3. Select Confirm and sign in.

You're now signed in. You don't need to confirm again on future sign-ins.

If you typed your email wrong, select Change email address to go back and fix it. If the code doesn't show up, see what to do when your code doesn't arrive.

Who can create an account

Esano's Privacy Policy says no one under 18 may register, make purchases or provide information on the site. See who can use Esano and the minimum age to use Esano. You also agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy when you select Create account.

What Esano does with your email

Esano may email you about your account and orders, and says it will never sell your email. Sign-in codes and other account emails always go out, even if you turn off message emails in your settings. To change other notification choices, see turn off Esano emails.

If you want to sell

You don't need a separate account. After you sign in, follow open an Esano shop.

If you already have an account

Select Sign in instead of Register. If you forgot your password, you can reset it with a code or sign in with an email code without using your password.

Problems creating an account

• You're asked to choose a stronger password. Use at least 8 characters.
• You see "Enter a valid email address." Check for typos in the email field.
• You see "Too many attempts. Please wait a minute and try again." Wait a minute, then try again.
