Sign in with an email code

You can sign in to Esano without a password. Select Sign in, then Email me a sign-in code, and enter the 6-digit code we email you.

Get and use a code

1. Select Sign in in the site header.
2. Select Email me a sign-in code.
3. Enter your Email address.
4. Select Email me a code.
5. Open the email titled "Your Esano sign-in code" followed by the code. It's sent from no-reply@updates.esano.com (see which email addresses Esano sends from).
6. On the Check your email screen, enter the code in the 6-digit code field.
7. Select Sign in.

You stay signed in on that browser after signing in this way.

Good to know

• The code is valid for 10 minutes. If it expires, select Send a new code.
• You can paste the code. Esano keeps only the digits, so pasting "123 456" or "Code: 123456" works.
• It's for existing accounts only. To create an account, select Register. See create an Esano account.
• Your password stays the same. Signing in with a code doesn't change or remove it.

Why the screen says "If your email has an account"

The Check your email screen says "If" your email "has an Esano account, we sent it a 6-digit code." Esano shows this whether or not the email is registered. That way nobody can use the sign-in form to find out who has an account.

If you don't get the email, make sure you typed the same address you registered with. Select Change email address to fix a typo.

Ask for another code

Select Send a new code. After you request a code, the button shows a countdown, such as "Send a new code in 60s". You can request another one when it reaches zero. When it works, the screen says "We sent a new code."

Use the code from the most recent email. For more help, see your code doesn't arrive and code is incorrect or expired.

Use Sign in to Esano with your email and password. If you forgot it, reset your password.
