Why Esano signed me out

The most common reason is that Stay signed in was unchecked, so Esano signed you out when you closed your browser. Other reasons include a password change or Sign out of all devices.

Common reasons

You unchecked Stay signed in

On the Sign in window, Stay signed in is checked by default. If you uncheck it, your sign-in ends when you close the browser. Next time, leave the box checked on your own devices.

You changed or reset your password

Changing or resetting your password signs your other devices out. A device may stay signed in for a short time, then it asks you to sign in again. See change your password.

You used Sign out of all devices

Sign out of all devices signs you out everywhere, including the browser you used. See sign out of Esano.

You cleared cookies or browser data

Esano keeps you signed in with browser cookies. If you clear them, or use a private or incognito window that closes, you're signed out. See cookies and tracking on Esano.

A different person used a shared device

If you didn't sign out on a shared computer, someone else may have. If you signed in on a computer you don't control, sign out of all devices.

What you'll see

Account pages, such as your purchases and settings, ask you to sign in with a Sign in button when you're signed out. Sign in and the page loads with your information.

Items in your cart or favorites before you signed in stay saved on that device and merge into your account when you sign in again. If an item is missing, see why an item left your cart.

Stay signed in

1. Select Sign in in the site header.
2. Enter your Email address and Password.
3. Leave Stay signed in checked.
4. Select Sign in.

Signing in with an email code also keeps you signed in on that browser.
