Change your email address on Esano

To change your email address, open Account settings, enter the new address in the Email row and select Change email. Your email changes after you confirm it from the email Esano sends.

Change your email

1. Sign in to esano.com.
2. Open the account menu in the site header and select Account settings.
3. On the Account tab, find the Email row. Your current address is shown there.
4. Type the new address in New email.
5. Select Change email.
6. Open the email Esano sends and follow the confirmation link.

After you select Change email, the page says "We sent a confirmation link to {your new address}. Your email changes once you confirm it."

Confirm from your inboxes

Esano sends the confirmation link from no-reply@updates.esano.com. Your current address may get a confirmation email too, so check both inboxes. If you get two, confirm both. The address on your account doesn't change until the confirmation is done.

After the change

• Sign in with your new address from now on.
• Message emails, receipts and other emails go to the new address. See which email addresses Esano sends from.
• Your purchases, favorites, messages and shop stay on your account.

If you see an error

• "That's already your email." The address you typed matches the one on your account.
• "Enter a valid email address." Check for typos, a missing @ sign or a missing ending such as .com.
• "Too many attempts. Please wait a minute and try again." Wait a minute, then select Change email again.
• "Something went wrong. Please try again." Try again in a moment.

If the confirmation email doesn't arrive

1. Check your spam or junk folder for an email from no-reply@updates.esano.com.
2. Make sure you typed the new address correctly. The email sends to exactly what you entered.
3. Wait a few minutes, then try Change email once more.
