An item leaves your cart when you buy it, claim it, remove it, or when its listing is no longer for sale. A cart built while signed out is also tied to one device.
You bought or claimed it
Once an order is paid, the items in it leave your cart. The same goes for free items you claim. Find them in Purchases and reviews in your account menu. See find your order number and receipt.
You removed it or moved it to favorites
Selecting Remove or Move to favorites in the cart drawer takes the item out. For about six seconds, Undo brings it back. After that, add it again from the listing, or find it in your favorites if you moved it. See use your cart drawer.
The listing is no longer for sale
If a listing is deleted or unpublished, Esano takes it out of your cart so the item count matches what you see in the drawer.
You were signed out, or you're on another device
- Signed out: your cart is stored in your browser on that device only.
- Signed in: your cart is stored in your account and appears on every device.
If your cart looks empty, you may be signed out or on a different device from the one where you added the items. Sign in. Items from the device you were using are merged into your account's cart when you sign in. Learn more in do I need an account to check out.
Your browser didn't save it
When you're signed out, the cart lives in your browser's storage. In private browsing, or when your browser's storage is full, Esano can't save the cart. It still works while the page is open but may be gone when you come back. Sign in to keep your cart safe.
Items you haven't paid for stay put
Esano doesn't empty your cart when a checkout is abandoned or a payment fails. Your items stay until you remove, buy or claim them. See payment declined or failed.
Your cart holds up to 100 items. For anything else, contact Esano support.
Common questions
Does my cart sync between my phone and computer?
Yes, when you are signed in on both. A cart built while signed out stays on that device until you sign in.
Do items stay in my cart if I don't pay?
Yes. Unpaid items stay until you remove them, buy or claim them, or until the listing is no longer for sale.
