Review reminder emails

Esano may send one How did your files turn out? email after you download an order. Its stars open your review form. They don't publish a rating by themselves.

When a reminder can arrive

The reminder becomes due 3 days after your first download from the order. It covers listings you haven't reviewed and can still review. You may not get it if:

• The purchase is more than 30 days old
• You've already reviewed every eligible item
• A refund request is open on the order
• The items were fully refunded
• You've turned off Review reminders

Custom orders aren't included. The reminder is one email per order, not one per file or download. You can still write a review without waiting for an email.

Use the stars in the email

1. Find the item you want to review.
2. Select one of its 1-to-5-star links.
3. Sign in to the account that bought the item if asked.
4. Review the selected rating in Write a review. Change it or add optional text and a photo.
5. Select Post review to publish it.

If the purchase no longer qualifies, the email doesn't override that. Open Purchases and reviews to see the current options. See who can leave a review.

Turn reminders off or on

Open Your account → Account settings → Account. Under Email notifications, change Review reminders. The setting saves when you change the switch.

You can also use the unsubscribe link in the reminder. Turning these emails off doesn't remove reviews or stop receipts, refunds and other order emails. For other settings, see stop Esano emails.

Recognize the reminder

The email comes from Esano at hello@updates.esano.com. Its subject is How did your files turn out? It lists the item titles and shops, with a star link for each rating.

If you didn't receive it, check your spam folder and your settings. You don't need the reminder to review a purchase. Go directly to Purchases and reviews → To review instead.
