Edit your review

You can edit your review for 60 days after you first post it. Go to Purchases and reviews, select Edit review next to the item, make your changes and select Save review.

Edit your review

1. Open the account menu in the site header and select Purchases and reviews. Or go straight to your purchases.
2. Find the item you reviewed. It shows "You reviewed this" with your stars.
3. Select Edit review. The Edit your review window opens.
4. Change anything you like:
   • Your star rating under Your rating
   • The text under Your review
   • Your photo, with Replace photo, Remove photo or Add a photo
5. Select Save review.

Esano then shows "Review saved. Your changes are live."

The same rules apply as when you first wrote it. A rating is required, text needs 20 to 2,000 characters if you write any, and links and email addresses aren't allowed. See write a review and the review guidelines.

How the 60 days work

• The 60 days start on the day you first posted the review.
• Editing doesn't restart the clock.
• An edited review keeps its original date on the listing.

After 60 days

Once the window closes, the stars, text and photo can't be changed. Selecting Edit review opens the form with a note: "Reviews can be edited for 60 days after posting. You can still delete yours." Select Close to leave it as it is.

If you'd like to start over, you can delete your review. Your purchase stays in your account, so you can write a new review for the item afterward.

If you can't find Edit review

The button only appears on purchases that qualify for a review. A refunded item doesn't show it, so you can't edit a review on a refunded purchase, although the review itself stays published. Read what happens to your review after a refund.
