What happens to your review after a refund

A refund doesn't remove your review. Whether the refund is for the whole item or a custom amount, and whether you asked for it or the shop offered it, a review you already left stays published along with any reply from the shop.

Your review after a refund

• It stays on the listing and in the shop's reviews.
• It keeps counting toward the listing's star rating. See how star ratings are calculated.
• The shop's reply to it, if any, stays too.

Reviewing a refunded item

Once an item is refunded, it shows a Refunded label with the date in Purchases and reviews, and the Write a review and Edit review buttons no longer appear on it. You can't leave a new review or change an existing one from that purchase. Read who can leave a review for the full rules.

After a partial refund for a custom amount, the item isn't marked refunded, so you can still review it as usual.

Remove a review on a refunded item

Because the review buttons are gone from a refunded item, you can't delete your review from your purchases. If you want it taken down, contact Esano support and include your order number.
