Who can leave a review on Esano?

You can review a file on Esano if you bought it and the purchase is paid and not refunded. Each review shows a "Verified purchase" label, so shoppers know it comes from a real buyer.

Who can write a review

You can review a listing when all of these are true:

• You bought it with your own Esano account.
• The order is paid.
• The purchase hasn't been refunded.
• The item isn't from a shop you own.

Refunded items don't show a review button on your purchases. If a purchase doesn't qualify, Esano shows: "Only buyers of a paid, non-refunded purchase can review this item."

One review per listing

You can write one review for each listing. If you buy the same listing again, for example with a different license, you edit your first review rather than adding a new one. Your review then shows the license from your newest purchase.

You can edit your review for 60 days after you first post it, and you can delete it at any time.

What you need to write

• A rating from 1 to 5 stars is required.
• Written text is optional. If you write something, it must be between 20 and 2,000 characters.
• One photo is optional.

Refunded purchases

You can't write or edit a review once an item has been refunded. A review you left before the refund stays published. Read what happens to your review after a refund for the details, or learn how to request a refund.
