Delete your review

You can delete your review at any time, even after the 60-day edit window has closed. Open Purchases and reviews, select Edit review next to the item, then select Delete review.

Delete a review

1. Open the account menu in the site header and select Purchases and reviews.
2. Find the item you reviewed.
3. Select Edit review. The Edit your review window opens.
4. Select Delete review at the bottom of the window.

Esano shows "Review deleted." and removes your review from the listing right away.

What gets deleted

• Your star rating and your written text.
• Your photo, if you added one. Esano also deletes the photo from its storage.
• The shop's public reply, if it wrote one.

Your purchase and your downloads aren't affected.

What changes on the listing

Your rating no longer counts toward the listing's average or its star breakdown. The shop's overall rating changes too, because it's based on the reviews across its listings. If yours was the only review, the listing goes back to showing "No reviews yet." See how star ratings are calculated.

Writing a new review afterward

After you delete a review, the item in Purchases and reviews shows Write a review again, and it appears under To review. You can write a new one if the purchase still qualifies. Refunded purchases can't be reviewed. See who can leave a review.

A new review is posted with a new date, and its 60-day edit window starts from that date.

What if I can't delete it?

If the item was refunded, the Edit review button no longer appears on it, so you can't delete the review from your purchases. The review stays published. To have it taken down, contact Esano support with your order number. See what happens to your review after a refund.
