File types Esano doesn't accept

Esano refuses 35 specific file extensions, plus anything else not on the supported list. A refused file is stopped before the upload starts, or blocks a ZIP that contains it.

Refused file extensions

Vector and design source EPS, AI, DXF, PSD, PSB, PROCREATE, AFDESIGN, AFPHOTO, FIG, SKETCH

Publishing and presentations RTF, INDD, IDML, KEY

Cutting and laser machines STUDIO, STUDIO3, FCM, LBRN, LBRN2

3D and CAD 3MF, BLEND, STEP, DWG

Brushes and presets ABR, BRUSH, BRUSHSET, SWATCHES, XMP, DNG

Digital notebooks GOODNOTES

Other archives RAR, 7Z, TAR, GZ. Use a ZIP instead. See ZIP files for listings.

Esano can't safely inspect these formats yet. You'll see "This format cannot be safely inspected. Choose a supported file." when you try to upload one, and a ZIP containing one is blocked.

Types Esano doesn't sell at all

• Audio and music, such as MP3 and WAV
• Video and motion, such as MP4 and MOV
• Software, installers, source code and scripts, such as EXE, DMG, APK, HTML and PY
• Password protected or encrypted archives
• Files that fail the virus scan or contain macros or scripts

Links to files hosted elsewhere

Esano doesn't accept links to Canva, Google Docs, Notion, Figma or other sites as the product file. Esano can't store or scan those, so uploads must be real files.

What to do instead

• Export a copy in a supported type. For artwork, that can be PNG, SVG or PDF. For templates, it can be PDF, DOCX or PPTX.
• Zip multiple files together if needed. See file size and count limits.
• Check what each file type must meet before you export.
