Technical misuse

You also may not:

  • Use bots, spiders or other automatic tools to access the site or copy its material.
  • Copy site material by hand without Esano's prior written consent.
  • Overload, damage or interfere with the site or anyone else's use of it.

  • Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or connected databases.
  • Launch denial-of-service attacks.

Files sellers can't list

Esano sells digital downloads. The seller sign-up page says to upload the actual files in a supported format. These are not accepted:

  • External delivery or template links
  • Audio
  • Video
  • Software and scripts

Files must also pass Esano's upload checks. See File types Esano doesn't accept for the full list, File types you can sell on Esano for supported formats and What you can and can't put in a listing for listing rules.

Who decides

The terms give Esano the right to decide what is inappropriate and to remove content for any reason, in its sole discretion. See what happens when Esano rules are broken.

Report something that breaks these rules

Esano says it doesn't review everything before it is posted. If you see something that breaks the rules, see Report a listing or shop for how to report it. For copyright concerns, see How to report copyright infringement.
