Invite someone to your shop team

Only the shop owner can invite people. Go to Settings → Team in your seller hub, choose Invite someone, enter their email and pick a role.

Send an invite

1. Open your seller hub and go to Settings → Team.
2. Select Invite someone.
3. Under Their email, enter the email address they will use to sign in to Esano.
4. Under Role, pick Manager, Listings or Support.
5. Select Send invite.

You will see "Invite sent to" and the address. The person gets an email with an Accept invite button, and the invite appears in your team table with the status Invite sent.

Choose a role

The dialog shows a short description of each role and a list of what it can and can't do. Listings is selected by default. Read shop team roles and what each can do before you decide.

What the person needs to do

They use the email in the invite to sign in to Esano, or create a free account in the same step. The invite only works for that email address. See accept a shop team invite for what they will see.

How long an invite lasts

Every invite expires after 7 days. The dialog reminds you with "Invite expires in 7 days". After that, the status changes to Expired and you can resend or cancel it.

Why can't I send an invite?

You may see one of these messages:

• Your team is full (5 people). Pending invites count toward the limit. Remove someone or cancel an invite to make room. See shop team limits and ownership.
• That person is already on your team. Look for them in the team table.
• You've already invited that email. Resend or cancel the existing invite from the table.
• That's your own email. Invite someone else.
• Enter a valid email address. Check the address for typos.

You can send at most 20 invite emails a day per shop. This count includes resends.

Who can invite people?

Only the owner can see Settings → Team. Managers and other members can't invite or remove people.
