Buy from several shops in one checkout

Yes. You can mix items from as many shops as you like in one cart and pay once with a single card payment.

How a mixed cart works

1. Add items from any shops to your cart.
2. Open your cart drawer. Items are listed together, and every line names its shop.
3. When your cart has more than one shop, the footer shows a subtotal for each shop above your overall Subtotal.
4. Select Check out and pay once.

There is one payment and one order number for the whole cart. Esano splits the sale between the shops for you.

The minimum applies to the whole cart

Esano's cart minimum is $3 across all paid items in all shops, before tax. You can reach it with $1 from one shop and $2 from another. Read the $3 cart minimum for how free items fit in.

How the order looks afterward

Open Purchases and reviews from your account menu (see find and search your purchases). Each shop's items appear in their own section titled "Purchased from [shop name]". Sections from the same checkout share an order number, such as E-10482, and each section shows the order date and total.

You get one receipt email for the whole order. See find your order number and receipt.

Problems with one shop affect the whole checkout

Checkout is all or nothing. If one shop's item can't be bought, you need to fix that before you can pay for the rest. Common reasons:

• The shop is on vacation. Remove its items from your cart.
• The shop can't accept new paid sales right now. You can still check out after removing its paid items, and free items can be claimed on their own.
• You help run that shop, or you own it. You can't buy from your own shop.

Refunds and messages stay per shop

If you need a refund on an item, you request it on that shop's part of the order. Esano reviews it with that shop, and other shops' items stay as they are. See how to request a refund. To ask a shop a question, read how to message a shop.
