Cart and review reminder emails

Esano can send one cart reminder after files sit in your cart for a day, and one review reminder a few days after you download an order. Both are optional.

A cart reminder

The subject is Still thinking about these? and it comes from hello@updates.esano.com.

The email shows files left in your account's cart and a link to return to it. It may mention a shop's bundle discount. It isn't a receipt and doesn't mean you placed an order or were charged.

Esano checks for reminders hourly, so the email may arrive after the one-day mark. Prices and availability can change. Review your current cart and checkout total before paying.

A review reminder

The subject is How did your files turn out? and it comes from hello@updates.esano.com.

Esano checks daily for orders first downloaded at least three days ago and sends one reminder per order. The email can therefore arrive later than three days after your first download.

Select a rating in the email to open Purchases and reviews with that listing's review form and rating selected. Nothing posts until you submit the review on Esano. See write a review.

Turn either reminder off

1. Open Account settings from your account menu.
2. On Account, find Email notifications.
3. Turn Cart reminders, Review reminders, or both off.

You can also use Stop cart reminders or Stop review reminders in the matching email footer. The link turns off that reminder without signing in.

Turning off reminders doesn't stop receipts, account codes or refund and custom order updates. Turn them back on in settings if you want future reminders. See turn Esano emails on or off.

If an email looks suspicious

Check the full sender address, and open Esano yourself if you don't trust a link. Esano never asks you to send a password or sign-in code in response to a reminder. See recognize real Esano emails.
