Report a listing or shop

Updated

There's no report button on listing or shop pages yet. To report a listing or shop, email customerservice@esano.com with the link and a short description of the problem.

Report a listing or shop by email

  1. Open the listing or shop in your browser and copy the web address from the address bar. It starts with https://esano.com/.
  2. Write to customerservice@esano.com. You can also use Contact Esano support.
  3. Include:
    • The link to the listing or shop.
    • What's wrong, in a few plain sentences.
    • Your order number, if you bought something.
    • Screenshots, if they help show the problem.
  4. Send the email. Keep your own copy.

Esano's Terms of Use let Esano remove content and suspend or end access when someone breaks the rules.

What to report

  • A shop or listing that pretends to be another shop, a person or Esano.
  • A listing that copies someone else's work. For copyright claims, follow How to report copyright infringement instead, because those have their own steps.
  • A shop that asks you to pay outside Esano. If it happened in a conversation, report that conversation too. See Report a message or conversation.
  • A listing with offensive, hateful, sexually explicit or illegal content. Esano's content standards don't allow these.
  • A listing or file that looks like it could contain malware. Don't open the file, and tell support which listing it is. See How Esano scans files for malware.

Use these tools if they fit better

Some problems already have a built-in tool:

  • A message or conversation. Use Report inside the conversation. See Report a message or conversation.
  • A problem with something you bought. Select Request a refund in your purchases. Esano reviews every request and decides within 5 calendar days. See Request a refund.
  • A custom order that is late or not what you asked for. Use Report an order problem on the request. See Report a custom order problem.
  • A review of your listing that breaks the rules (sellers). Use Report review in your Seller hub. The review stays up while Esano checks it. See Report a review or ask for its removal.

Phone support

You can also call 888-463-7051 (toll-free). Have the link to the listing or shop ready.

If you can't tell whether a shop is legitimate

Before you buy, read the listing description and reviews, and ask the shop a question through Esano messages. Paying only through Esano checkout keeps your order protected by Esano's refund and download tools. If anything about the shop feels wrong, see Spot phishing and scam messages.
