What happens if you break a license

If you use files outside your license, you break the terms you bought them under, and Esano can act on your account.

What counts as breaking a license

Examples:

• Selling products made with a Personal license
• Selling more than 5,000 units with a Commercial license
• Using a Commercial license in a print-on-demand store when the license doesn't cover it
• Reselling, sharing or redistributing the original files as they are
• Including the files in a free pack or an AI training set

What can happen

Esano's Terms of Use give Esano these rights:

• Terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the site for any violation of the Terms of Use
• Take appropriate legal action for any illegal or unauthorized use
• Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers

Esano's Terms of Use also say that purchased products are for non-resale purposes, and that any use not expressly permitted may violate copyright and other laws. The shop owns its files.

What to do if you made a mistake

1. Stop using the files in the way that breaks your license.
2. Check which license you bought. See Find the license on a listing or order.
3. Message the shop from Purchases and reviews and explain what happened.
4. If you need help, contact Esano at customerservice@esano.com or through Contact.

How to avoid breaking a license

• Pick the license for the most you plan to do with the file before you buy.
• Read the License and usage section on the listing page.
• Ask the shop if your plan isn't covered by the license text.
