Find the license on a listing or order

On a listing page, the licenses are under Choose a license next to the price, and the full wording is under License and usage in the item details. After you buy, your license appears in your cart, your receipt and Purchases and reviews.

Before you buy: on the listing page

1. Open the listing.
2. Find Choose a license next to the price. It shows each license the shop offers, a short summary and the price.
3. Select a license. The price above updates to match.
4. Scroll to License and usage for the full wording of each license offered.

Every listing offers Personal. Commercial and Extended appear only if the shop offers them. The terms under License and usage are the same wording described in Esano license types explained.

Change the license in your cart

Your cart holds one entry per listing, with the license you picked. To change it, go back to the listing, choose a different license and select Add to cart again. That replaces the license on the cart entry.

Your cart shows the license under each item, for example "Personal license".

After you buy

Your license is saved with each item on your order. To see it:

1. Open the account menu and select Purchases and reviews.
2. Find the order and the item. If you can't find it, see Find and search your purchases.
3. Look for the license in the item details, for example "Personal license", followed by the file formats and file count.

Your email receipt also lists the items with their license and shop. The license shows on checkout too, next to each item's shop name.

What if I picked the wrong license?

Before you pay, change it in your cart as described above. After you pay, message the shop from Purchases and reviews. Shops can refund an order themselves and can choose "Wrong license" as the reason. See Esano's refund policy for digital files.
